Lois has the ability to always keep calm under pressure and is very detail orientated. She is extremely creative and one of her strengths is colour co-ordination.

Fun Facts: Lois’ hobbies floristry, dancing rock climbing. Love to learn ballroom dancing.

‘Since growing up with Mum, coordination and planning of events have been a huge part of my life! The whole process is unique to each client. What I love the most is the week leading up to it, keeping everyone calm and solving those last-minute problems that always appear. As my experience expands so does my skill set, as we continue to strive to give our best for every personalised proposal we do.’

Fun facts: Leah loves motorbikes, and is Formula 1 crazy! She also loves home crafts, as well as dog walking in beautiful parks- a real country girl at heart.

One hobby Paola’s always loved is anything to do with transforming spaces—whether it’s helping someone refresh a room or styling her own home. She’s constantly inspired by decorating shows, shopping trips, and turning everyday spaces into something special. So what Paola loves most about planning proposals is transforming ordinary spaces into something unforgettable, making that ‘moment’ magical. She loves being a part of making this happen!

Fun facts: Health and energy are big priorities for Paola – you’ll either find her at the gym, out walking, or making sure she hits that step count for the day. She is also a proud mum of 3 amazing young men that constantly keep her on her toes!!

Fun Facts: She can’t sing or swim (her words, not ours!) but she loves roller skating, and is passionate about creating content.

‘I love being part of a couple’s wedding proposal—it’s such a special and meaningful moment. There is something incredibly moving about witnessing that raw, emotional commitment. I especially enjoy how personal each proposal can be, getting to know a bit about the woman through the eyes of her boyfriend and helping create something uniquely tailored to her.

Fun Facts: Taiessa’s hobbies include photography and design. She would love to sail a boat one day.

What Caroline loves the most about proposals is the energy itself; all she wants to be around is love, and wants to create is love. Nothing brings her more joy than seeing people happy! Having studied marketing, Caroline is a creative thinker and has an eye for design. She is efficient whilst also being empathetic and a peacemaker. She can also speak Portuguese, French, a little Spanish too!

Fun Facts: Caroline loves all things Latin - the music, the dance, the people, she’s a huge foodie (great food critic), hopelessly romantic soul & obsessed with the moon and everything that’s purple. Nature speaks to Caroline - she is an adventurous hiker and loves taking walks.

But more than the accolades, what truly matters is the love story that's at the heart of every proposal we create.

For over 29 years, I’ve been immersed in weddings and events, building a family-run business and even launching a waitress service. However, during the turbulence of Covid-19, everything changed. The world slowed down — and so did our events. It was a moment that dared me to pivot to something just as meaningful but far more intimate. That dream became L&L Proposals, a marriage proposal service that could be beautifully executed with just two people and a photographer 2 meters apart!

At first, it was simply an addition to our wedding services. But I soon realised the magic in being the sole point of contact for busy, often nervous, gentlemen during this emotional journey. It reminded me of my own love story — more than 30 years ago, there were no companies that James could approach, he proposed to me at my parents’ home. The ring? A sparkling treasure I had fallen in love with while on holiday with my best friend. I brought it back, gave it to James, and not long after, he got down on one knee in my childhood living room! It was the ’90s after all simple, heartfelt, and definitely unforgettable!

Fast forward to 2020 we rebranded and L&L Proposals was born, proudly we have a 100% “yes” success rate.

We have built and continue to build strong connections and relationships, with world-class planners and breathtaking venues across Italy, Cyprus, Thailand, and the UK’s stately countryside.

What makes us truly unique, we only provide fresh florals and petals for all our proposals, also, our service doesn’t end when they say “yes” every couple will have access to a certified international wedding planner based in the uk, to seamlessly continue your journey from marriage proposal to wedding day — creating a lifetime of love-filled memories.

We intentionally work with a limited number of clients each year, ensuring every proposal receives our full attention, creativity, and care. Whether it’s a grand destination moment in Tuscany, a sunset by the Cypriot coast, a barefoot proposal on a Thai beach, or an intimate moment in the rolling grounds of a UK estate — our mission is the same: to create a proposal that feels like you,ensuring her love for will grow even more.
